Reflexology Treatment
As a reflexologist based in Norwich with over two decades of experience, I offer reflexology that gets to the heart of physical and emotional imbalance.
My approach has been shaped through years of hands-on treatment and professional training. It is grounded in the understanding that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and that the physical body benefits from the whole-body support reflexology can provide.
Many of the people I work with come seeking support for stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, emotional wellbeing, or hormonal changes. These are often interconnected and can show up in the body as tension, fatigue, discomfort, or long-standing patterns of imbalance.

Meditation
As a meditation teacher, I offer weekly meditation classes in Norwich for women, designed to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more present in your everyday life. Each session includes guided meditation, breathwork, and simple mindfulness practices to support your nervous system and help you find a deeper sense of ease within yourself.

As a mentor, I offer support to help you build a sustainable, profitable reflexology career. With over twenty years in the industry and a best selling book I am ideally placed to help you.
These sessions are designed to support you as you build your career and confidence after qualification.
Whether you’re just starting to see clients or preparing to open your own clinic, mentoring gives you the space to talk through challenges, find clarity, and make steady progress — with someone who’s been there.

Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy which can be received by anyone at any age, from birth to end-of-life care. Although, there may occasionally be times when it is not right for me to treat you. If you are unsure please feel free to e-mail me [email protected]
At no time will I claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe in your appointment. My reflexology sessions are always tailored to you as a whole person. Although most people find it works for them - some don't.
